Been holding out for the 1080i rip of tonight’s Top Gear? It’s available now.

The second part of the 2-part Top Gear Africa special is available now in 720p and standard definition. We’ll have it in 1080i as soon as we can (a few hours probably).

This is the last episode of the season however they could be back as soon as this summer.

UPDATE: Yes, they’ll be back this summer!

I’m not sure if this is just placeholder text or if they actually know for sure, but Top Gear’s ticketing agency Applause Store is saying that they’ll be back this summer. Fingers crossed!

For those waiting to watch tonight’s Top Gear in 1080i, it’s now available.

Tonight’s Top Gear special is part 1 of 2 and is available now. We’ll have it in 1080i for you as well in a couple hours (rather than tomorrow).

I’ve decided to stop waiting so long on the 1080i releases. Previously my thinking was that the seeding bandwidth was better spent on the SD and 720p rips but I’ve since changed my mind. Anyone can help seed those (and people graciously do) but only we can release the actual torrent and do the initial seeding.

So with that in mind, here is tonight’s episode in 1080i. I’ll try to have next week’s episode even sooner.

We’ve just been informed that unfortunately the earlier 720p rip of tonight’s episode of Top Gear has audio sync issues. RiVER has put out an updated 720p release that should fix the issues.

The Scene came through! You can get tonight’s episode of Top Gear in 720p now.

EDIT: There seems to be audio sync issues with this rip. We’ll have a replacement rip shortly.
