Seems the Internet in general was having some issues this evening and that delayed us from releasing tonight’s episode of Top Gear America. It’s available now.
Top Gear is releasing a new driving music CD and wants your help picking tracks for inclusion on the CD. If you’d like to submit your ideas, you can do so over on the Top Gear Facebook page.
Tonight’s episode of Top Gear America copies an idea from the British version and arguably makes it better. You can watch it now in standard definition.
If you haven’t heard, Richard Hammond is hosting a new show on BBC America called Crash Course. It’ll premiere Monday, April 16th at 10/9c immediately following the US premiere of Top Gear season 18.
The trailer for the show was released today and it looks quite good, despite their choice of cars to crush:
Today’s Top Gear is out now in both 720p and standard definition. The standard definition rip is in the Scene’s new x264/MP4 format rather than the Xvid/AVI format that has been used in the past. Your media player should continue to play it just fine, but if not check out Combined Community Codec Pack or VLC.
