The latest news off the BBC website seems to say that Hammond suffered brain injury:

Top Gear presenter Richard Hammond has suffered a “significant brain injury” after crashing a jet-powered car at speeds of up to 300mph during filming.

The doctors seem to be confident about his recovery, but we are just going to have to wait and see what happens.

Please don’t start threads with rumors.
