Well, it appears that I won’t be getting those two Fifth Gears that were missing (08×06 and 08×07) from Vuk as his rips were corrupted, so I’ve added links to the scene rips instead. Not a big deal though as for Fifth Gear, scene rips are also 350 MB. If you didn’t grab the scene rips before and were waiting for Vuk’s rips, well, sorry, but these are pretty much the same quality, or at least close enough. ;)

For all of those using µTorrent, the current beta version has torrent RSS feed support. If you aren’t already using it, you can get it here and then add our torrent feed to it to automatically download all newly released torrents:

So from what I gather (I hadn’t had a chance to talk to him directly), Vuk didn’t have access to his PC and had to resort to using his dad’s PC to record this week’s Top Gear. However, it was too slow or something and resulted in a bad rip. So, no Vuk rip today. I’m also told that it reairs on Sunday though and hopefully he’ll be able to capture it then.

As many of you may know, Top Gear aired for a while on the Discovery channel here in America. It was just normal UK episodes, but with refilmed studio bits featuring less America bashing, the use of things like “gasoline” rather than “petrol”, etc. Many of you also know that episodes stopped airing on Discovery earlier this year.

Rumors had been flying about as to why, but the most popular one was that Discovery had decided to start from scratch and do an entirely American version of Top Gear. Well, this turned out to be just the case. In the last Top Gear magazine, many new juicy details were revealed about the upcoming show.

This “Best Of” episode featuring segments from previous episodes was requested to be torrented and since it was the one last Top Gear that hadn’t been torrented yet, I decided to do so. You can grab the episode right here if you don’t have it already.

With no Top Gear or Fifth Gear this weekend, thought I’d try to get some past episodes out. I’ve started with season 5, episode 2 of Fifth Gear as well as adding another Top Gear rip by pumesta from 1991.

I’ll try to get some more out later this week. :)

Update [12/15]: I’ve got plenty of responses, so consider the job taken. Thanks to all that contacted me - I’ll be replying shortly. :)

I’ll shortly be adding the reviews for the Fifth Gear and Top Gear episodes from this year that don’t have summaries (yeah, yeah, I procrastinate), but frankly I don’t want to watch right now all of the old Top Gears from the late 80’s and early 90’s that are listed on this site.

Does anyone feel up to this task? Or even just doing some of them? If so, let me know and we’ll talk. :)
